Our hours of operation are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, between the hours: 10:00-19:00

Is it possible to purchase customized jewelry?

The site offers for sale jewelry that is custom made according to the customer's request. However, the company reserves the right to refuse a customized order in certain cases, for example if a customer requests the engraving of an offensive and inappropriate shape and/or inscription.

What payment methods can be used to pay on the site?

Order can be made by credit card, Bit or PayPal.

How to receive the products ordered on the website

The customer can receive the products he purchased via a courier to the requested address, and alternatively he can collect his order himself from the company's stores. It will be clarified that the products will be sent by fast and insured shipping on business days only.

It is certainly possible to order products as a gift for another person and enter the name and address of the recipient of the gift at the time of ordering, and when specifying the order as a gift, the product will be packaged in a gift box.

Are there additional costs beyond the product prices?

An order through a courier may involve the payment of shipping fees, and if the order is for a destination that is outside of Israel, different taxes may apply to the shipment depending on the country to which the shipment will be made.

Can and how can a transaction be canceled after it has been made?

If it is a product that is not custom-made, you can contact the company and cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it to you and the company will return your money minus 5% of the cost of the order or 100 NIS, whichever is the lower of the two. If the order has already reached you, the refund will be made when the products are returned to the company and the company checks that the returned products were not damaged by you. You can return the products by mail or alternatively by coming to one of the company's stores. It will be clarified that the customer must take care of returning the products at his own expense.

Is it possible to cancel a transaction of a custom-made product?

By law, you cannot receive a refund for returning a custom-made product.

Jewelry manufactured by the company has a warranty of one year from the date of purchase (which can be exercised as long as the jewelry is used reasonably) with regard to jewelry and watches that are not manufactured by the company, warranty conditions will apply in accordance with the policies of the various manufacturers.
